Our goal is to fundamentally change the way how companies motivate and incentivize sales people (and other employees) by providing them a smart technological solution that is fully-integrated in their existing software tools (like CRM, ERP, HR/payroll, …).

It comprises the guided set-up of innovative incentives, the execution of commission plans and the automated transfer of the statements to payroll/HR.

That helps companies not only to increase performance and boost sales and by satisfying the needs of sales people in an innovative way, but also helps to recruit and retain talented sales people.

Thereby, the design of motivation, incentives and commission plans is based on the latest scientific findings as I have a research background. In addition, we have leading international researchers as advisors.
