You'll be the first tech hire at OralPro, tasked with building the OralPro SQL Bridge —
A proprietary data integration layer that connects legacy dental software to our cloud analytics platform.
Think: "Plaid for dental data" or "Segment for healthcare."
First 6 months:

First 6 months:
- Month 1-2: Reverse-engineer 3 Italian dental PMS database schemas (XDent, OrisDent, DentalOpera)
- Month 3-4: Build Windows agent + real-time data pipeline (read-only, GDPR-compliant)
- Month 5-6: Launch REST API + deploy to 20 pilot clinics

Month 12: 100+ clinics, 1M+ data points/day, you've hired 1-2 engineers under you
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Deep SQL expertise (not just ORMs — you love raw SQL)
- Experience with database integrations, ETL, or data pipelines
- Proven experience working with legacy systems or reverse-engineering undocumented databases
- Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with Windows server environments (dental software runs on Windows)
- Security-conscious mindset (GDPR is non-negotiable for healthcare data)
Nice to have
- Healthcare, fintech, or regulated industry experience
- Built installable agents or desktop applications
- DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Founding engineer or early startup experience

- Equity: 0.5% - 1.5% (4-year vesting) — OralPro valued at ~€20M today, targeting €100M by 2029. Your equity could be worth €500k - €1.5M
