They're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who’s ready to contribute at both the strategic and execution levels.

<!--block-->You should have a sharp eye for design, a strong grasp of complex systems, and a track record of applying it to demanding production systems.<!--block-->You will join a team of Backend and Systems engineers in charge of infrastructure, core services , data pipelines, and observability platform. <!--block-->Within the team, you will help deliver production-grade services with demanding requirements in terms of performance and cost-effectiveness, including important aspects like documentation, tests or APM metrics.<!--block-->You will not take anything for granted and raise your hand when something doesn’t seem right or can be done in a better, more effective way.<!--block--> <!--block-->Key Responsibilities: 

• <!--block-->Maintain and evolve their observability tools.
• <!--block-->Maintain and evolve their CI/CD processes.
• <!--block-->Keep their platform scalable and maintainable, matching their ever increasing load.
• <!--block-->Help them construct a SRE culture within the organization by fostering best practices.
• <!--block-->Improve the reliability of their systems.
• <!--block-->Boost their systems availability, without data loss or user impact.

• <!--block-->3+ years experience in software engineering, especially in DevOps and/or SRE.
• <!--block-->Knowledge of Gitlab CI.
• <!--block-->Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
• <!--block-->Experience with any of the major cloud platforms like AWS, GCP or Azure.
• <!--block-->Familiarity with Observability platforms like Prometheus, Grafana or Datadog.
• <!--block-->Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as Search Engines.
• <!--block-->Knowledge of Event Streaming Platforms and Message Queues like Kafka and/or RabbitMQ.
• <!--block-->Comfortable with SRE, GitOps and DevOps principles.
• <!--block-->Must be a fiscal resident of Portugal (regardless of nationality).

Bonus Points

• Experience with test automation or QA frameworks
• Experience with DevSecOps tools
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience with any API frameworks like Django DRF, Flask or FastAPI, among others.
