  • <!--block-->Joining and actively participating in technological challenges, with a focus on projects involving operational improvements through the ServiceNow Platform
  • <!--block-->Planning, executing, and/or coordinating independently your activities or those of more junior team members in delivering project outputs within a project or project stream, using an Agile approach
  • <!--block-->Responsibly managing daily interactions with the client according to your scope of activity
  • <!--block-->Translating business requirements into development requirements for high-quality and scalable solutions, following best practices
  • <!--block-->Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members within the team
  • <!--block-->Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation
  • <!--block-->Providing technical support and collaborating with teams serving national and/or international clients

Requirements

  • <!--block-->Higher education degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Integrated Master's) in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or similar experience in Information Systems
  • <!--block-->Technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
  • <!--block-->Integration standards with other systems (e.g., JDBC, MID Server, REST / SOAP)
  • <!--block-->Experience and strong knowledge of project management using Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • <!--block-->Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
  • <!--block-->Strong communication, interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and teamwork
  • <!--block-->Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • <!--block-->More than 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development projects
  • <!--block-->Experience in the design, implementation, and rollout of ServiceNow (3 or more distinct full projects)
  • <!--block-->ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in at least two areas
