We are a London/Lisbon based PropTech Company that has engineered a new and unique platform, which will revolutionise the world of Commercial Real Estate over the coming years.

Proprli brings transparency into capital and tenant improvement projects, allowing owners to make better decisions on future jobs. We build cloud-based software containing data-driven project management and procurement for commercial real estate owners, ensuring construction projects are delivered on time and on budget. Through us owners collect qualitative information from property managers on site. Industry leaders use our platform to centralise data, increase transparency, automate and secure bid management, and standardise reporting.
