<!--block-->Role Overview<!--block-->This is an individual contributor role first, with the possible future opportunity to mentor and shape a design team as they grow. You’ll be the single owner of Product Design, setting the bar for UI quality, consistency, and product impact, and working closely with Product and Engineering.<!--block--> <!--block-->Responsibilities
  • <!--block-->Own end-to-end product design across core and new initiatives
  • <!--block-->Set a high bar for UI quality and usability
  • <!--block-->Evolve and protect their design system for scalable growth
  • <!--block-->Collaborate deeply with Engineering, designing with real technical constraints and trade-offs in mind
  • <!--block-->Partner with Product to translate vision and data into strong UX decisions
  • <!--block-->Design product-led growth flows (activation, adoption, retention)
  • <!--block-->Mentor junior designers as the team grows
  • <!--block-->Lead by influence: setting standards, giving strong design critique, and raising the design bar without formal authority

  • <!--block-->Senior product designer / design lead experience
  • <!--block-->Very strong UI skills and attention to consistency
  • <!--block-->Proven experience in B2B, data-heavy products
  • <!--block-->Strong collaboration record with engineering teams
  • <!--block-->Advanced Figma skills (incl. Figma Make)
  • <!--block-->Experience working with and scaling design system
  • <!--block-->Product-minded and impact-driven
  • <!--block-->Open to feedback: takes critique without taking it personally and gives feedback just as readily
  • <!--block-->Leads with curiosity: asks “why” before designing “how”, challenges assumptions with data, and designs interfaces that are as effective as they are beautiful

  • <!--block-->Fluency in English (spoken and written)
