Description
We’re looking for a CRM & Growth specialist to own and scale our customer lifecycle strategy.
You will play a key role in turning CRM into a core revenue channel, driving retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.
This role is primarily based in our Porto office, with flexibility when needed.

Requirements
- Experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Understanding of UX and customer journey
- Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, GA4
- Ability to think beyond execution and identify growth opportunities
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Own and optimize email marketing and CRM performance
- Build and evolve automation flows and lifecycle journeys
- Develop advanced segmentation and personalization strategies
- Analyze performance: open rate, CTR, revenue, LTV
- Run continuous A/B testing
- Identify growth opportunities (retention, cross-sell, reactivation)
- Contribute to CRM and customer experience strategy
