 We’re looking for a CRM & Growth specialist to own and scale our customer lifecycle strategy.
You will play a key role in turning CRM into a core revenue channel, driving retention, frequency, and customer lifetime value.
This role is primarily based in our Porto office, with flexibility when needed. 

Requirements

  • Experience in CRM, Email Marketing, or Marketing Automation
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Understanding of UX and customer journey
  • Knowledge of tools like Klaviyo, GA4
  • Ability to think beyond execution and identify growth opportunities
  • Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Own and optimize email marketing and CRM performance
  • Build and evolve automation flows and lifecycle journeys
  • Develop advanced segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Analyze performance: open rate, CTR, revenue, LTV
  • Run continuous A/B testing
  • Identify growth opportunities (retention, cross-sell, reactivation)
  • Contribute to CRM and customer experience strategy
