I'm a software engineer with over 15 years of experience in building web apps with technologies like Ruby on Rails and Elixir/Phoenix. I like TDD, Pair/Mob Programming and many other XP techniques. I love discussing the difficulties arising from sociotechnical systems and solving them with DDD, product first thinking and whatever else helps to make the users happy.

Software person with broad skills and interests. Not specifically attached to any language or tool but ready to use and learn what's best for the task. Most prominent skill is my quick grasp. Biggest trade-off with me is that I sometimes like thinking more than doing.

- Kai Kuchenbecker - Software Engineer
He/Him. Is in his mid-thirties, a software developer by trade, prefers to call himself a systems thinker and symmathecist. Is a big fan of short feedback cycles, Domain-driven Design (DDD) and Mob/PairProgramming. He got a Msc. in Computational Neurosciences and has been working in web development for 10+ years now. Is father to a little girl, loves to cook for his family & friends.
