Our core product, HERA (Hotel Email Reservation Assistant), is an AI-powered reservation co-pilot that reads incoming emails and other messages, understands guest intent, and automatically prepares or executes responses. It integrates directly with hotel systems, checking rates and availability, generating personalized offers, and enabling secure booking flows. Reservation teams stay fully in control via an Outlook add-in, while HERA removes repetitive work and significantly reduces response times while improving conversion rates.

We support a wide range of use cases, including individual and group booking requests, corporate confirmations, travel agent workflows, FAQs, and cancellations. Our platform combines natural language processing, automation, and deep system integrations (PMS, email systems, forms, and booking engines) to deliver real operational impact in hotel environments.
