2020 was a particularly difficult year because of all the reasons we’ve heard before (did anyone say Covid?), and we fought harder than ever to provide our candidates and tech professionals the best recruitment experience they could have. We could never do it alone, and as always, we’ve awarded the best companies who excelled at showing our users that landing a new job doesn’t have to be scary and difficult.
