• <!--block-->6+ years of experience as a Senior Data Analyst
• <!--block-->Senior-level Power BI expertise: end-to-end enterprise report architecture, RLS, and workspace governance
• <!--block-->Master-level DAX and Power Query: evaluation context, time intelligence, performance tuning, and complex M transformations
• <!--block-->Expert SQL: performance-optimized queries, window functions, CTEs, and complex joins against large relational databases
• <!--block-->Consultative stakeholder mindset: ability to challenge business requests, define KPIs, and translate ambiguous needs into scalable analytical solutions
• <!--block-->Fluency in English (B2 level)
• <!--block-->Availability for a hybrid model, 2 days per week in office (based in Porto)
• <!--block-->Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
