• <!--block-->5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Quality Engineer
• <!--block-->Hands-on test automation expertise with Selenium (POM), C#, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• <!--block-->Experience in cloud-native applications and microservice architectures
• <!--block-->Solid grasp of modern QE methodologies including shift-left testing and automation-first approaches
• <!--block-->Proven ability to mentor QA teams and drive quality practices in Agile, distributed environments
• <!--block-->Fluency in English (B2 level or above)
• <!--block-->Availability for a hybrid model (3 days per week in Lisbon)
• <!--block-->Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
