  • <!--block-->At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner with a focus on OMS & Last Mile
  • <!--block-->Proficiency in SQL for database querying, enabling identification of operational improvements and logistics optimisation
  • <!--block-->Ability to elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications aligned with stakeholder and end-user needs
  • <!--block-->Involvement in testing and validation cycles for new functionalities, ensuring full requirements coverage before production deployment
  • <!--block-->Strong communication skills to convey technical and business information clearly across internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
  • <!--block-->Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure, think critically in complex scenarios, and drive results with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • <!--block-->Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Portuguese
  • <!--block-->Availability for a hybrid model, 2 days per week in office, based in Alfragide, Portugal
  • <!--block-->Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
