• <!--block-->Participate in SAP HR projects at national as well as international level;
• <!--block-->Plan and execute with autonomy the activities to be carried out in the preparation of the various outputs agreed under a project or project stream;
• <!--block-->Translate business requirements into technical requirements;
• <!--block-->Manage interactions with the client and the project team, according to the scope of operation;
• <!--block-->Identify, analyze and solve problems in your area of expertise;
• <!--block-->Contribute to the development of the practice in which it is inserted.

<!--block--> <!--block-->Requirements: 

• <!--block-->Experience between 2 and 8 years in the area of SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM;
• <!--block-->Academic training in the area of Information Systems or equivalent
• <!--block-->English Language Skills;
• <!--block-->Customer and results guidance;
• <!--block-->Communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and collaboration;
• <!--block-->Problem-solving, analytical capability and critical spirit;
• <!--block-->Organisation, planning and guidance on the quality of projects;
• <!--block-->Customer and results guidance.
