• <!--block-->Joining and actively participating in technological challenges, with a focus on projects aimed at improving operations through Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• <!--block-->Planning, executing, and/or coordinating independently your activities or those of more junior team members in producing project outputs within a project or project stream, using an Agile approach
• <!--block-->Responsibly managing daily interactions with the client within your scope of activity
• <!--block-->Translating business requirements into development requirements for high-quality, scalable solutions, following best practices
• <!--block-->Contributing to knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members
• <!--block-->Contributing to the design and development of project support documentation
• <!--block-->Providing technical support and collaborating with teams for national and/or international clients

<!--block--> <!--block-->Requirements:

• <!--block-->Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• <!--block-->1 to 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform projects
• <!--block-->Experience in development of Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Platform solutions
• <!--block-->Strong knowledge of architecture, customization, configuration, implementation, and integration within Dynamics 365
• <!--block-->Experience in customization and integration of Dynamics CRM components
• <!--block-->Proficiency in CRM data management, including data migration, import/export, and data quality assurance
• <!--block-->Experience with user management, data management, and security in CRM systems and Microsoft Active Directory
• <!--block-->Knowledge of Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or similar
• <!--block-->Technical knowledge of .NET, C#, and JavaScript
• <!--block-->Certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, AZ-900, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, or similar (preferred)
• <!--block-->Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• <!--block-->Autonomy, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
• <!--block-->Strong communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking
• <!--block-->Advanced level of English, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus)
• <!--block-->For more senior profiles, experience in mentoring team members and/or managing projects and clients is valued
• <!--block-->Experience in international projects is a plus
• <!--block-->Availability to work in a hybrid model (mandatory 3 days onsite)
