This project is expected to be the biggest SuccessFactors implementation worldwide.

  • <!--block-->Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.
  • <!--block-->Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • <!--block-->Customize workflows, templates, and business rules to support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • <!--block-->Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems (e.g., background checks, ATS).
  • <!--block-->Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • <!--block-->Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
  • <!--block-->Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.

Requirements

  • <!--block-->3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, working with the LMS module.
  • <!--block-->Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and application support.
  • <!--block-->Strong understanding of HR processes, especially in learning and onboarding.
  • <!--block-->Ability to conduct business analysis, document requirements, and deliver solutions.
  • <!--block-->Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
