About the Academy

The Tech Recruitment Academy is a Landing.Jobs initiative that aims to facilitate and accelerate access to the Tech Recruitment World. This is a free program, full of learning sessions and hands-on training, where you will have access to remote training on the foundations of tech recruitment and also the opportunity to put into practice what you have learned alongside Landing.Jobs’ team!

How to become one of the lucky participants?

1. Apply

Fill out the form and tell us a little bit about yourself and why you want to take part in this training. You have until April 30th to apply.

2. Screening

We will screen your application and share feedback with you shortly after. In case you get the green light, we’ll invite you to join us for an interview. Excited? Keep an eye on your email!

3. Join us for an interview

Our team wants to get to know you a little bit better. You will be invited for an interview so we can get to know you and your motivations.

4. You’re in!

Congratulations! You are one of the selected few to participate in this training! We will now be sharing will you all the information you need to not miss out on anything!

Who you are

  • You are specialized in the areas of Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Sociology, and other similar fields

  • OR You just graduated or are about to graduate from one of the areas mentioned above

  • OR You work in Recruitment or HR and you want to upskill yourself and gain knowledge in the Tech Industry

  • OR You’re unemployed or eager to change your career path and you’re looking to re-starting your career in the Tech Recruitment field.

Are there any costs associated with the Academy?

Participation in the Academy is free. However, you will be required to guarantee a participation fee of 100€ that will be returned upon your graduation from the Academy.

Where can I see the full agenda of the Academy?
If you are selected, you will receive all the information regarding the agenda before the academy starts.
When will the Academy start?
The next edition will start on May 15th, 2022.
In which language will the classes be held?
All the classes in the Academy will be in English.
Will I get a certificate after completing the training?
Hell yeah!
After finishing the Training, is there any possibility of joining Landing.Jobs team?
