Requirements

<!--block-->For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 
  • <!--block-->At least 6 years of professional experience with Problem and Incident Management
  • <!--block-->Strong experience on application support, including upgrade/patching process
  • <!--block-->Strong experience of shell scripts and commands on Linux
  • <!--block-->Strong knowledge of Python, Bash, and Powershell scripting
  • <!--block-->Experience using automation tools (Ansible tower)
  • <!--block-->Professional experience using DEVOPS tools such as GIT, JENKINS, Bitbucket, XLD/XLR, Confluence, JIRA, to manage CI/CD environments
  • <!--block-->Experience using monitoring tools (Zabbix, Splunk, Grafana)
  • <!--block-->Knowledge of ITSM
  • <!--block-->Experience with database administration (Plus)
  • <!--block-->Knowledge of API development (Plus)
  • <!--block-->Fluency in English (B2) 
  • <!--block-->Fluency in French (Plus)
  • <!--block-->Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
