Description

As a Sales Manager at tecRacer, you'll play a key role in guiding clients through their cloud journey – from architecture to automation, from security to transformation. You'll collaborate closely with clients, teammates, and partners to deliver meaningful AWS-based solutions. You're not only technically excellent, but also a trusted advisor, a mentor to junior colleagues, and someone who sees the bigger picture.Key responsibilities:
  • Lead complex AWS projects from idea to execution – especially migrations and digital transformations
  • Understand and analyze customer needs, break down requirements, and develop practical solutions
  • Design cloud architectures that are cost-efficient, scalable, and tailored to customer needs
  • Implement and configure AWS services independently or in a team
  • Support pre-sales and contribute to proposal creation and customer workshops
  • Act as a mentor for junior consultants and empower clients through training and enablement
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, cloud, or SaaS
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Technical understanding of and interest in AWS cloud solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including at C-level
  • Hunter mentality: passionate about winning new customers
  • Ability to lead complex projects, building pipelines and mentor junior colleagues
  • Ability to negotiate and qualify deals

Nice to have

  • Experience with AWS Advanced Consulting and Training Partner environments
  • Background in digital transformation or cloud migration projects
  • Experience mentoring and training junior consultants
