Significa

Significa is the go-to digital agency, thinking, designing, developing, and launching functional Digital Products while making them look great in the process.

As an agency, we work primarily on client's products. Fun fact: even though we are a Portuguese company, we don't have any Portuguese clients. For that matter, expect to work with people across multiple countries, varied cultures, and a diverse set of projects.

We are a young team. Our average age is around 25 years old of very inclusive, diverse-minded people. We empower the people who work at Significa, the same way we'd like you to empower and be a part of our team. We believe in maximum Freedom, Maximum Responsibility.

In other words, we don't believe in micro-managing nor top-to-bottom hierarchies. This means you're in charge of your work and that it's up to you to make the right decisions. With maximum freedom comes maximum responsibility: because you are responsible for managing your time, you must be accountable for delivering high-quality work.

Quality and thoroughness are at the heart of everything we do. From the moment a project kicks off, all the way until we hand it over. Professionalism, organization, and a process-sustained approach are pillars at Significa.

We're never satisfied with what we've done. We can always do better. We can always push the limits and find better ways to do it better, faster, and more intelligently. We must always question if there are better ways to do something. We are sure there is.

There will be times for experimentation.

We are Design-led. In other words, we only do Software Development for projects designed by us in advance. We are not a Software House.

With this in mind, Design will always be at the heart of our methodology. Some people call it Design Thinking. It makes sense: we use Design to solve problems and find solutions, to put it (very) lightly.

Our mission is simple: to be the best at creating Digital products. Ambitious? Of course.
