CI/CD:
- Set up automated pipelines that integrate code changes, run tests, and deploy to production environments
- Unblock teams whenever they face issues / challenges with existing system
- Loop back & retrospect if the breakage was due to new use case or a mal-function and work for fixing the issue.
Automation:
- Automate security checks, testing, and compliance processes
- Fix or improve broken automations
- Upgrade automation regularly so as to keep scripts working with the latest technology & dependency versions.
Monitoring: Build & utilize monitoring dashboards to monitor health of CI & related assets
Security: Identify security holes, potential breaches, and vulnerabilities
Collaboration:
- Work with various teams to resolve code conflicts and align on shared objectives
- Working with developers, operations teams, and security teams to ensure smooth container lifecycle management.
- Documenting best practices and procedures for compliance management
Availability to participate in on-call rotations if required for critical incidents.
Fluency in English and good communication skills

- Experience in developing code automations for CI/CD. Be strong with at least one of the scriptings from following :

PowerShell
Shell Scripting
Python

- Detailed understanding of CI integrations & its challenges

- Worked with enforcing security policies and standards throughout CI including management of containers, secrets management & other assets.

- Worked with logging & monitoring solutions like Grafana, AWS Cloudwatch or similar other tools.
