Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track e-commerce metrics such as sales performance, customer behavior, and inventory levels.
Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to extract insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to answer business questions and provide strategic recommendations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve data visualization techniques.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, e-commerce, and data analytics to contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
