Smaply is run by More than Metrics, a fast growing company in the field of service design. With our SaaS solution Smaply we help other companies visualize, analyze and innovate their customer experience. We have B2B customers in more than 90 countries. We are a small but mighty team of 27 folks with diverse backgrounds and 13 different nationalities. We enjoy flat hierarchies, high transparency and a lot of flexibility. We are hard working, big dreaming and enjoying the ride with much laughter. Now we are looking for a peer to join us on this meaningful journey.

Hello, I am Melina. :) I came to Innsbruck for my master studies and started as a part-time Recruiter in 2018 at Smaply. With the years and with my graduation I took over all the HR related stuff and work full-time now. I guess, I was one of 2 % percent that didn't come to Innsbruck for the beautiful area specifically but now I really fell in love with it and finally learnt how to snowboard (failed miserably though). About my work: the work experience of our team is very important to us so I am constantly collecting feedback from the team and improving all respective areas.
