And we are building a collaboration platform that lets professionals engage in creative conversation and strategy across geography.

Team members
- Trond Nilsen - COO/Head of Research
Trond is a research scientist and leader with 18+ years in immersive technology R&D, leadership, and building product teams. He is a leader in the Seattle VR community, hosting hackathons, unconferences, meetups, and online events. He collaborates and consults with VR event organizers around the world. He has a Ph.D. in Human Interface Technology from the University of Washington.
- Nirav Desai - CEO
Nirav has a 18+ year career of helping corporations innovate and over 5 years running virtual reality practices and businesses. He has experience in startup mentorship (Techstars, UW Comotion Labs) and connects industry with government and academia (Innovation Working group Co-Chair for Pacific Northwest Economic Region, Affiliate Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Washington). He has degrees in Computer Science, Math, and Philosophy from the University of Texas.
- Bridget Swirski - Project Manager
Bridget is a project manager with experience in a variety of industries. She is a logistics manager for the Seattle VR community, hosting hackathons, unconferences, meetups, and online events. She holds a Bachelors in International Studies from the University of Washington which has helped her lead diverse teams around the world.
