About the CompanyBootstrapped B2B SaaS startup building a voice AI-based training platform for customer-facing teams.
  • Version 1.0 live
  • Paying enterprise customers (hundreds of active users)
  • Mid 6-figure ARR, targeting €1M ARR by EOY
  • Strong focus on B2B Enterprise
  • High quality and data compliance standards

The RoleYou will take ownership of:
  • Technical architecture and product evolution
  • AI-driven product development
  • Code quality and data compliance
  • Scaling the platform for enterprise clients
  • Hiring and building the engineering team

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a pure management position.

Requirements

  • Has grown startups from early revenue stage (Head of Engineering / CTO / Engineering Lead)
  • Has built from Version 1 onward (not just scaled large teams)
  • Has experience working on AI products (ideally voice AI)
  • Is a hands-on builder, not just a people manager
  • Has strong architectural thinking
  • Understands data compliance requirements
  • Treats quality as a non-negotiable standard
  • Has team-building capability
  • Feels comfortable owning product thinking
  • Thrives in early-stage ambiguity
