Role Overview:

In the BIM program, our goal is to complete and manage infrastructure works data-driven by working with BIM. For the Agency for Roads and Traffic, this program is a transformational journey towards a more digital and information-driven government by focusing on Asset Information Management to achieve life cycle Asset Management. The agency is not only leading in the implementation of BIM in the infrastructure sector but also heavily invests in standardization (including OTL). A data analyst is sought to assist AWV with the implementation of these initiatives, particularly focusing on data migration in its broadest sense, including data profiling/assessment, cleaning, enrichment, etc.

Responsibilities:

Work on the further implementation of Asset Information Management.
Consult with data owners, business experts, and other stakeholders to realize data migration towards OTL.
Responsible for analysis, data quality checks, and data migrations.
Independently determine the migration path for different data sources in consultation with all stakeholders.

Specific Skills:

Proven experience with FME
Knowledge of Asset Management
Knowledge of existing standards and norms in infrastructure projects
Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is an advantage
Knowledge of translating conceptual information models to logical data models
Knowledge of Object-oriented analysis & design and UML

General Skills:

Proven experience with the technology in question or a similar technology
Fluency in Dutch at the European CEFR level C2
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology for which expertise is requested
