Technology
Our Technology team is responsible for developing and continuously improving our platform. From the smooth user experience to the magic in the backstage suggesting you the right jobs, they are the ones keeping this all running.

Talent
As a candidate-driven tech recruitment platform, our Talent team plays a key role in both advising our users on the right jobs to apply for and supporting them throughout the process. Internally, we used to call them Fairies, as, at the end of the day, they're the Tinkerbell to every Peter Pan flying to the next job.

Business
The Business team is responsible for attracting the companies you can find on the platform, and make sure they have a smooth experience. From being a trusted advisor to our companies, and prospecting new ones, to sourcing the right talent for them.

Marketing
If you are reading this at all, this is probably a result of the amazing work our Marketing does every day to attract new users to the platform, through online ads and outstanding content and events that people love.

Product & Operations
Our Operations team is the foreperson making sure all the little spinning wheels are fitting in together, keeping a macro overview on the well functioning of the marketplace, looking out for new trends, and hearing clients & their insights to define the next steps for our Product.
