Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI & RAG)

Lead the development of the platform's "brain" by implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. * Develop and optimize AI models using the Google Vertex AI platform. * Build pipelines for document ingestion and processing to ensure high-precision information extraction. * Ensure the reliability of AI responses, eliminating "hallucinations" through semantic search and official document grounding. * Collaborate on the product's continuous evolution and refinement based on pilot feedback.

Must-have skills (Mandatory):

• Python Proficiency: Expert level in Python for data pipeline development and model integration. 
  
  
• Google Vertex AI: Hands-on experience using Vertex AI for model training, deployment, and management. 
  
  
• RAG Architectures: Practical experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure high-precision AI responses. 
  
  

Other required skills:

• Vector Databases: Experience with semantic search and vector indexing (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Google Vector Search). 
  
  

• NLP & LLM Tuning: Deep understanding of Large Language Models and techniques to prevent "hallucinations." 
  
  

• Data Ingestion: Ability to design pipelines for structured and unstructured technical document processing. 
  
  

Experience in MLOps for continuous model improvement. 

Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
