We are a Software Development and IT Consultancy Company. Founded in 2008 we are now over 100 employees at 6 locations with a strong focus on the DACH Market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
We typically form technology partnerships with our clients helping them to implement their product and service innovations. With our design driven approach we focus not only to provide the best technical solution but the best user experience.
We are a company full of design enthusiasts, tech lovers with a strong bias to action. We therefore maintain a very open and flat company culture where each individual has space to develop and to contribute to a better future.

A technologist who believes that, in this digital age, the potential for growth is limitless but only if the company adapts itself. It is with this vision that he founded Consulteer AG, an IT consultancy specializing in business consulting and software development for digital transformation.
- Djordje Velickovic - COO
Seasoned professional and leader. Been doing consulting and business development in a top global telecommunication vendor, product management at a global tech company, served in a leadership capacity within a system integrator, currently leading a service delivery center located in central Europe. Build and led teams throughout different stages of company growth.
Company milestones
- 2021 - We are launching now an entity in Portugal to further strengthen our software development expertise
- 2019 - We joined forces with Dominic Schindler Solutions - a design agency - in order to establish with "that made us" (thatmadeus.net) a user centric technology group.
- 2018 - We launched our first product (ct.solutions) an uber like solution for Serbia with an Industry Partner
- 2015 - We developed a AI based Marketing Optimization Tool for a big Telecom Provider - the first time we successfully entered a complete new technical domain
- 2013 - We started a software development Center in Zrenjanin, Serbia in oder to not only lead projects but to deliver projects to our client
- 2008 - The Company was founded by Maurus Riedweg providing services in the area of Project Management, Requirements Engineering and Testing for Telecom Providers and the Public Sector
