Define best practices and ways of work with the public cloud team to ensure continuous improvement of the work
Participate in the scrum of scrum activities and execute with the other 2 scrum masters and the transformation program manager the PMO improvement activities

Raise risks and issues to the transformation program manager whenever there is no authority of the team to resolve the issues or when there are risks that can impact the customer commitments
