CLA is growing internationally and seeking to hire an experienced Automation Tester to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

Essential Job Functions

This is a position for hands-on builders, not process followers. If you thrive on precision, ownership, and solving hard problems - including verifying complex, non-deterministic system behavior – this role is for you.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API and integration workflows.
Implement and manage scalable automation frameworks to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Debug test failures, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
Collaborate closely with DevOps and Dev teams to ensure efficient workflows and continuous quality delivery.
Champion software quality best practices and drive a quality-first mindset across the development lifecycle.

Minimum qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Strong understanding of software architecture and system data flows for effective debugging.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps pipelines, GitHub Actions)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex testing challenges.

Personal GitHub projects to share
Hands-on experimentation with various AI frameworks and verifying LLM output.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, DataDog, ELK stack)
