Why developers love bloomon

  • We’re more than an e-commerce platform. Developers deal with bouquet production, supply chain tooling and delivery hubs. Plus support buying and logistics teams with the tech and processes
  • Opportunities to make big impact. The results of your work are implemented fast
  • The only company that turns code into flowers. Delivering a high-quality, fresh product makes for fun challenges daily. Systems have to deal with the short lifespan of the product
  • Code Reviews. To spot issues early and constantly improve how our peers approach and solve problems
  • International team. Our diverse and multi-cultural environment means new perspectives and fun along the way
  • Agile teams. Small, cross-functional teams that scrum
  • Budget. For conferences and education
  • Creative freedom. To use the right tool for the job
  • Exciting environment. We’ve been steadily growing, now it’s time for platform 2.0: creating a more stable, higher-quality process, tools, and software. And make sustainable improvements that better the lives of customers and colleagues alike

Our team
High-tech and highly-creative, our in-house international team of 80+ is based out the Amsterdam HQ. We are all about being authentic, dedicated, and approachable. Struck with a genius idea? We’ll help you implement it. We play hard together and work harder in small teams to constantly improve processes. Engineering is part of the product department, and so work closely with product owners and UX developers.
