A day at HQ

You start your day by grabbing a coffee and checking through our communication channels for today’s hot topics. A new release took place yesterday, so you check the platform health, and notice that usage numbers have gone down for a couple of customers. You proactively contact these customers and assist them before they begin receiving outage reports from their users. As it turns out, a simple renewal of ADFS Metadata does the trick.  After responding to some emails, you get ready for a webinar, to present ZIVVER’s technical functionality to a new customer. You enjoy the banter and can adjust to both a very technical audience, as well as a leadership audience.

Time for lunch, and time to discuss the very important matter of your social life with your colleagues. The lunch room is abuzz with excitement about an upcoming company ski trip.  With renewed energy, you return to your desk and see that a few customers have sent you messages.

After updating your customers, it’s sandbox time with development.  Our next release is around the corner, and so you’ve proactively volunteered to test its functionality. This is a chance to catchup with other departments, but also to check out the new release. You are systematic in your testing and bring an interesting perspective to the meeting as you speak to our customers daily.  Before wrapping up your day, you re-check your comms and update your open tickets.

Main requirements

  • You have at least a relevant bachelor’s degree;
  • You have extensive knowledge of AD(FS), RES, VDI and SSO;
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in a service-oriented role;
  • In possession of driving license B.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
