Your role

  • Take the lead of our agile teams as the Product Owner at WorkGenius
  • Provide vision and directions to the agile development team and stakeholders by defining the product roadmap and create its requirements 
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product while helping the team to learn
  • Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities with our Founders in Europe or in the US
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure proper teamwork and focus, with fast delivery according to the product strategy
  • Play an active role in advising the team, implementing new tools or methodologies to implement communication, teamwork and efficiency for each Release/Sprint 
  • Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
  • Follow our competitors and the industry so that we stay a world-class platform 
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends, make it happen! 


Main requirements

  • Several years of professional experience as a product owner for digital product development
  • Outstanding product management skills
  • You love and live agile software development and have profound experience in the use of methods like Scrum, Kanban
  • You have a high user focus and a portfolio of methods to help you identify the needs of your users
  • Strong communication skills, which enable you to present problems and technical issues in a target-group-oriented way when coordinating with clients, stakeholders and developers
  • Experience in the software development cycle and technological or professional competencies in the engineering field
  • An eye for the essentials, quick comprehension, clear communication skills and the ability to prioritise
