Voltaire is an Electronic Cash Exchange built for Bitcoin Cash. We drive adoption and build utility to make daily peer-to-peer electronic cash payments a reality. We are a team of 9 across 4 countries and do everything in-house. We are assembling a team that first and foremost, love to do great work. You can see more about us here.


On the front-end, we use React, and on the back, we’re using Node.js, Redis, PostgreSQL and AWS with the ELK stack.


In one sentence, it’s important that you can take, enhance and implement designs and hand them off ready for production, whilst maintaining initiative to improve and innovate.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

  • Working alongside our Creative Director to realise designs and code ready for production
  • Build beautiful react components alongside our engineering team
  • Create and optimise our user journeys and design behavioural flows alongside our product managers

Main requirements

  • 3-5 years with HTML5, CSS3 and React/JavaScript
  • You are constantly curious, asking questions and finding out more
  • A strong eye for design, understand HCI and can talk with an opinion about interface and product design
  • A sharp eye for detail, a relentless passion for consitency

Nice to have

  • Any product experience is also valuable
