A new brand, Volkswagen Group Services - Portugal.

In 2018 Volkswagen Group Services - Portugal, as a brand, will start operations from new Lisbon based offices. This amazing city will become our newest home and the hub for innovative and future oriented IT & Digital projects.

The project.

The project we will present you is a part of one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, serving customers in over 120 countries. The project’s group company has come a long way since starting out more than 250 years ago. And they’re not stopping there. Today they are upgrading their business area to digital!

In the course of the project a variety of modules will be implemented including learning, career development and personnel administration, enabling a shift to a modern workplace where all types of workers – including in-office and mobile employees, and interns – collaborate and use the latest technologies in their day-to-day tasks.

Job profile.

  • Design, implement and support complex HR business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment
  • Work in an international team of HR-IT experts
  • Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state needs
  • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
  • Conduct international rollouts for business processes and handle change request process
  • Manage the relationship with the business and the cooperation with the international IT-team throughout the implementation/support process
  • Handle 2nd and 3rd level support for implemented processes
  • Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate

Main requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related knowledge area or comparable job expertise
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in configuring, implementing and supporting comparable HR solutions or SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience using an agile implementation methodology
  • Ability to evaluate and document business requirements
  • Have initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
  • Be a result-oriented and communicative team player

Nice to have

  • SAP SuccessFactors Professional Certification level for one or more modules (e.g. Employee Central, Learning, Talent Management)
