About the team

We are more than 400 colleagues from +25 nationalities. The development department consists of 150+ people, including Product Owners, Test Automation Engineers and UX designers.

Your responsibilities:

Design and implement the testing strategy using relevant testing methods to ensure software products meet established quality standards
Analyze requirements, write test cases and validate new functionalities
Participate in the test automation work in the team
Evaluate test results and help the development teams deliver
Support the team and help in driving the technical vision and strategy in collaboration with the team, turning it into reality

We expect you to have:

A quality oriented attitude and a quality assurance mindset
Proven experience with general testing activities for web applications
Proven experience of automating tests on UI
A strong passion for automation and testing practices.
Critical thinking and a “break the app” mindset (both manual and with scripts)
Strong communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team
