We’re looking for a confident, talented, and passionate Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to come and join our growing Customer Success team in sunny Barcelona. You’ll be responsible for making customers successful so Typeform becomes an important part of their organization, keeping them loyal and growing their account. Ready for the challenge?

As a Customer Success Manager at Typeform, you will:

  • Understand customers’ desired outcomes and help achieve them
  • Evaluate which accounts are most likely to upgrade/expand
  • Nurture your accounts and encourage new uses for Typeform
  • Track and report metrics to the Customer Success Management team

Main requirements

  • You’re proficient at speaking and writing in English, and have strong communication skills
  • You‘ve held an Account Management or Customer Success role for at least a year
  • You’ve worked in SaaS for at least a year
  • You have at least two years experience in a client-facing role
  • You’re comfortable presenting and giving demos to clients
  • You’re proactive, creative, and can come up with out-of-the-box solutions
  • You like working in a start-up environment and eating gourmet lunches in plant-filled spaces

Nice to have

  • You can speak a language other than English. Maybe even two
  • You know how to use metrics and analytics to improve your work, and you have serious Excel/spreadsheet skills
  • You have a design/creative background
