We’re onto something big and we're moving fast! We’re looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Product team. From day one, you will be the keeper of the quality of our product, assessing supplier quality and reporting bugs in the right time and manner.

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with quality and feels comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You should be well known for doing your job with discipline, focus, and determination.

As a Product Technical Coordinator at TravelPerk, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the bug reporting process across TravelPerk
  • Liaising between Product Owners, Engineers, and our Suppliers to get bugs resolved quickly
  • Executing manual test cases and analyzing results
  • Developing effective strategies to improve the reporting and troubleshooting process
  • Communicating with other departments in the company daily to keep them updated on progress
  • Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing

Main requirements

  • At least one year experience in a service, help desk, or customer facing role, where you had to provide support and help people solve problems
  • Experience in project management
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Ability to prioritize based on impact
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong organizational skills
