Intro

  • Support to the employee (Workstation: Troubleshooting PC's, Printers, Windows OS, Hardware, etc.); 
  • Manage user and access; 
  • Ticketing platform administration; 
  • Monitoring platform administration and the creation of new alarms. 

Main requirements

  •  Fluent in English (mandatory) and Portuguese; 

       Helpdesk: 

  • Employee support (laptops, windows, workstation);
  • Platforms: MS Office 365 Tools, Microsoft OS, Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online, PowerShell, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online, OTRS or other ticketing system management;

  • Incident Management: 
  • Platforms: Zabbix, Prometheus or other monitoring platforms, Grafana and Linux

Nice to have

  • Resilience and ability to work under stress; 
  • Solution-oriented and team player; 
  • Customer and service orientated; 
  • Knowledge of Spanish;
