Reporting directly to the CTO of the company and working hand in hand with the founders, you will lead a team of 3 professionals. You will need to develop the strategy of the QA team and select the most efficient technologies for us. At Tiendeo, we want to be pioneers in technology and a benchmark for excellence.

As a Software Quality Automation Engineer at Tiendeo you will:

  • Lead and coordinate the QA team (Apps, Webs and services to our clients)
  • Manage the automatization and monitoring of tests
  • Select and implement the tools to improve the perfomance of our QA team
  • Coordinate with the different departments of IT and product teams

Main requirements

  • Computer Science degree or in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA engineer or QA manager
  • Passionate about new technologies and always up to date with recent trends
  • Programming experience, especially in a professional setting
  • Test Automation experience and knowledge of tools like Selenium
  • Experience with Continuous Integration techniques and tools like Jenkins
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to identify and document defects in complex software systems
  • Experience working in agile environment
  • Good leading and management skills to grow the team mantaining a nice working environment

Nice to have

  • Spanish (professional working proficiency)
  • Experience with high traffic webistes or apps
