Welcome to tb.lx – we are engineering sustainable transportation solutions in a hybrid work setup. And for this, we are looking for you!

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll work on our products by developing UIs for our backend APIs and playing an active role in implementing Frontend testing and monitoring strategies. You'll also be in close contact with stakeholders and our partners distributed across the globe.

Our frontend team is spread across the different product teams, so you will join a cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers.

Your day will start with a daily synch with your team, where you can talk about your tasks and if you feel blocked in anything. You will work in a Kanban or Scrum environment, and the workflow is usually organized in two-week sprints. When working on your daily task, you will never work isolated. At tb.lx our frontend engineers work in a plus one scheme, which helps solve problems faster and exchange ideas. During your workday, you will also align on business requirements with Product Managers, and API specifications with Backend Engineers.

It’s important that you have a keen eye for design, and you need to have solid communication skills when discussing your work with colleagues and stakeholders. Here we ask you always to state your opinion and bring your perspective to the table.
When working at tb.lx, you will get in touch with the following tech stack: Typescript, React and Angular, Redux and NgRx, NodeJS, REST and GaphQL, Microservices, containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Mentorship and knowledge sharing are a huge part of our culture, and you will be expected to help more junior members with their growth and development on an ongoing basis.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

Experience with Typescript, ES6+, and other modern frameworks and libraries;
Experience in RESTful or GraphQL API implementations;
Knowledge of state management libraries and patterns, for example, Flux;
You know HTML5 semantics and Web Accessibility Standards;
Experience in debugging problems and challenging backend solutions;
You are an advocate for clean and tested software, and you promote good practices.
You always have a positive intent, and you show it in your communication (verbal and written)
You have mentored more junior colleagues and helped them reach their true potential
