Furthermore, it also needs to be reliable to process millions of transactions for some of the largest online businesses in the world, complying with extremely critical security rules.

Your role: 

  • Driving Switch’s future growth engine by leading new clients through the integration process and turning them into happy, transacting Switch users
  • Owning the full onboarding cycle from the deal signed until live-transacting volume
  • Advising and keeping up with clients' expectations, requirements, and communicating effectively across functional teams, producing additional technical documentation when appropriate
  • Consulting and advising clients regarding the best implementation practices and address client-specific issues
  • Communicating project status including timeline, risks, delays, and the overall progress to key stakeholders
  • Leading a project from start to finish, working with teammates from strategy, business analysis, development and quality assurance in a variety of projects
  • Engaging with Product and Development teams around roadmap features to ensure you stay updated and help improve the product by adding feedback from customer development
  • Decreasing a client’s overall onboarding timeline, and help Switch understand what are the proper factors that influence this time-to-live metric

Main requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a project/team manager in a software product/consulting company, dealing with clients directly
  • Technical stack knowledge of front-end, back-end and DevOps solutions widely used in the IT industry
  • Ability to quickly absorb complex business requirements, project requirements, systems and architecture specifications
  • Ability to manage client expectations and push back when necessary to ensure the success of the project
  • Motivation to work with and learn from multiple stakeholders in the complex payments industry
  • Excellent communication and written skills: ability to articulate clearly, adapting to different audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience in the payments industry
