Intro

Sensei is a business intelligence solution for retail stores management that captures in-store data with great precision by combining sensor technology with computer vision algorithms.

This data is represented in a SaaS platform to enable retailers from fashion store chains to supermarket chains to easily analyze, manage and benchmark their business without effort while relating this information with other sales channels (e- commerce sites, POS, social networks) and third-party data (weather, calendar, logistics and human resources). This allows retail managers to access all relevant analytics about their store, staff, customers and campaigns in real-time from any location and get useful insights about their business

Sensei is looking for a Product Manager to develop and champion our product vision and roadmap, working closely with our engineering team and clients to launch our products and ensure a successful adoption.

Your Tasks:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, tracking, scheduling tasks and deliverables;
  • Define end-to-end customer experiences, write user stories, drive requirements and manage roadmaps and backlogs;
  • Lead engineers to create state-of-the-art solutions that re-define how computer vision, big data, and video can be used to understand physical space;
  • Work in an agile environment;
  • Test and learn through customer research, production tests and performance analysis to evolve our products, define rollout strategies and scale features;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business lines to translate business strategies into products;
  • Understand delivery, operations, and enterprise (e.g. legal, compliance) requirements, as well as third-party vendors to ship features that delight our customers and improve their security;
  • Communicate and evangelize the team to your peers, stakeholders, and executives;
  • Document every step of the product, and able to write clear product and technical descriptions of the product and its features;

Main requirements

  • Experience with BI solutions/Analytics;

  • Track record (3-5 years) managing a tech product;

  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies;

  • Team player willing to “dig in” and make the progress needed to contribute to client value;

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to provide hands-on assistance as required;

  • Strategic content development and high-level writing abilities (English);

  • Ability to see things through and keep things on track;

  • Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving;

  • Very comfortable with ambiguity and able to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment;
