We are always looking for new talent and new potential to join our growing, multicultural company and right now we are looking for a Talented Mobile Developer to join our team in the Google Maps project. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding support for cutting edge products, solutions and APIs.

We are looking for someone with ability to read and understand code and able to write code to reproduce customer problems (e.g. user provides a method/function and a you will have to troubleshoot it). Someone with ability to understand public facing documentation (Google Developers Website, Stack Overflow, etc.)

You will need to focus on users. That's why we need someone with ability to write clear customer communications, who structure the troubleshooting next steps, provide workarounds where possible, and empathize to customer needs and pain points.

Main requirements

  • European Citizenship or valid work permit in Spain
  • Very high English level (minimum C1)
  • Previous experience as Android or IOS developer (personal or professional experience)
  • Coding ability in HTML5 and Javascript
  • Familiar with web protocols (HTTP, TLS, SSL etc)
  • Familiarity with SQL (any dialect)
  • Good troubleshooting skills, ability to use Chrome Developer Tools (inspect page elements, add breakpoints to JavaScript code and troubleshoot Javascript errors)
  • Appetite to drive change in the tools, processes, and products to eliminate pain points at their root
