Working together with the UX Team, you will have the following challenges:

  • Driving force of user research by identifying research needs on the team, planning, defining, conducting and reporting findings of all conducted research
  • Share analysis, experimentation, optimization knowledge and expertise to promote a data and optimization oriented culture
  • Help to define & maintain our Design System
  • Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with multi-disciplinary teams during early stages of product ideation
  • Embrace collaborative approaches to design and strong feedback culture
  • Help cultivate a strong design culture within the Schibsted UX team through organizing opportunities for skills sharing and/or developing thought leadership within the UX community through teaching and speaking opportunities

Main requirements

  • Experience in creating engaging, intuitive and beautiful design solutions that address business and user needs

  • Ability to work closely with your product team (PO and Developers) and your UX peers in order to design experiences that are technologically feasible and meet the business and user needs

  • Used to work agile, or lean and in a highly collaborative environment

  • Passionate about digital products, technology and design

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
