Your Responsibilities 

  • Administrate MacOS, Microsoft Windows or Linux client computers (MacBook, laptops) and mobile devices with Android or IOS
  • Provision of software updates and patches
  • Administration and Monitoring our Endpoint Protection solution
  • Order hardware or software
  • Support for our employees in office software
  • Take care of our network infrastructure and printersCreate and maintain documentation
  • Work with external stakeholders
  • Collaboration on various projects
  • Administration and monitoring our external services like Lucidchart, Gitlab, Miro etc

Main requirements

Your Profile

  • You have successfully accomplished your practical education in the field of computer science, networks, or a similar field
  • Experience in client administration MacOS/Microsoft/Linux
  • Knowledge of network (IPv4/IPv6/switches/router/firewall/VPN)
  • Experience in software deployment and patch management
  • Knowledge in VoIP
  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud-Systems e.g. AWS
  • Knowledge in office software (like Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Service oriented and a team player
