About the position:

For further development and expansion of our successful business, Raisin is looking for a highly motivated, smart and driven engineer to complement our international and diverse team in Berlin.

  • Improve and extend automated deployment processes and the existing continuous integration environment
  • Identify deficiencies in existing release processes, evaluate possible solutions, and then carry through the implementation
  • Ensure reliability of automation for release processes

Main requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields or equivalent industry experience
  • Software Engineer with a strong background in release engineering
  • Experience with release processes involving Unix family systems and cloud infrastructure, eg. AWS, GCP
  • Able to cross boundaries between groups and technologies to fix release-related problems
  • Comfortable with challenging code and architecture discussions
  • Experienced in Agile processes, willing to deliver iteratively and able to decide when it’s appropriate to do a quick fix or a good fix
  • Very good English language skills are required

  • German language skills are desired
