Our team is growing and we are looking for people just like you!

You will be responsible for providing a user-friendly analytics platform for neurologists, radiologists, and other researchers. Your focus will be on intuitive design as it will increase the usage of reliable and reproducible research tools and eventually accelerate neuro-pharmaceutical R&D. You will also be responsible for our website and marketing materials to attract potential customers.

  • Own the design process, from research, concept, design, and prototyping
  • Support marketing and sales teams by creating attractive advertising materials
    (digital or print)
  • Ensure compliance with design, brand, and/or legal requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and developers
  • Guide management and developers on design related issues
  • Create clear and consistent UX and visual design guidelines to represent QMENTA
  • Create consistent UX and visual designs for the web front-end of the platform, and client-side applications
  • Work closely with the developers to by providing prototypes and detailed mock-ups
  • Help with the visuals by contributing CSS
  • Do user studies, including user interviews and analysis of user behavior on the platform, and use the results to recommend improvements to the system

Main requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer or
    similar UX-related role
  • Fluent in best practices and standards for user-centered design processes
  • Experience and driven by analytics
  • Independent delivery of UX solutions of large scope and complexity
  • High proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JS, capable of producing HTML prototypes
  • High proficiency in digital imaging tools and applications (photo and video)
  • Advanced English skills (Oral and written)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Multi-tasker
