Intro

We are looking to hire a Junior Software Automation Developer for delivering automated processes under the supervision of an experienced RPA Process Developer, as per given specifications either received from the internal customer or captured with his help. RPA product (Blue Prism) initial training can be provided to a candidate with an adequate profile.

Key Tasks

  • Designing Blue Prism process solutions
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation
  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
  • Problem-solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases

Main requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Willingness to learn and self-develop on the topics of robotic and workflow intelligence
  • Overall understanding of business processes and interdependencies
  • Project management skills
  • Willingness to travel globally
  • Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross-functional interfaces
  • Ability to coordinate efforts/resources within and across boundaries to deliver goals
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview colleagues gather business process details and identify solution requirements
  • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
  • An ability to envisage how an automated solution will work in the wider business environment, to understand its advantages and what its effect will be
  • An understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process described as a workflow diagram
  • An aptitude for logic and mathematics
  • Engineering or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems

Nice to have

  • Solid end-user computing skills, for example, intermediate spreadsheet user or similar
  • Any deeper technological experience such as coding or databases
  • Forwarding business and/or IT experience
